This policy is in place out of respect for six 24 charters and other clients.
You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience. Deposits are non refundable but can be used for future bookings.
All changes are subject to availability.
Cancellations due to weather are exclusively the Port Captain’s decision and will be communicated to the Party Leader by email or phone before the experience starts. We will do our best to reschedule on a date that fits your schedule.
In case of a mechanical malfunction, we will work with the service provider to ensure you get a replacement vessel that fits your requirements. In case nothing is available, we will work with you to find a suitable date to reschedule your experience. If this is not an option we will issue a refund.
If Six24 Charters cancels the trip due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule your trip at a future time.
Any extras must be paid in full 48 hours prior to the departure date and is not refundable once purchased.
In addition, Captain may cancel any charter without refund for any of the following reasons:
Passengers over intoxicated
Unconsciousness
Aggravation of previous injury
Illegal drug use
Unruly or reckless behavior
Criminal activity or violation of the local law and boating regulation

Confirmation will be received within 24 hours of booking, subject to availability.
Childrens must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Rates does not include gratuity which is customary and typically ranges from 15-20% of the Standard Cost of your private cruise, but of course is at your discretion.
25% deposit to reserve. Outstanding balance due at the day of departure before we leave the dock. Cash is accepted.
